I came across this fan made Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film over at Slashfilm and was impressed by it.  Agree with slashfilm not sure about the new foot clan look, but overall like the look of the turtle suit. Overall it is fun 3 minute film for TMNT fans.  Part of the reason I enjoy it as well is that I grew up with the ninja turtles and was one of my favorite films/tv shows as I was growing up as kid, so I have a special place in my heart for anything TMNT related.
