The trailer for the upcoming season of Torchwood: Miracle Day, looks like it has some real promise. I had only started watching the show with last season, Torchwood: Children of Earth, so be good to have more new episodes of this show. From the trailer it looks like the extra money from co-production of this season by Starz and BBC is put to good use.
A quick teaser for episode one of season 6 that is premiering on April 23rd. A short glimpse, but it certainly works well, which is what a good teaser should do.
I just came across the trailer for the Doctor Who christmas special and certainly looks like it has promise. While I was skeptical that Matt Smith could step in and fill the hole that David Tennant left, but after one season I have quite come to enjoy Smith’s version of the Doctor.
It will be nice to see Doctor Who: A Christmas Carol and hopefully hold us over until the full new season comes in the new year (2011).
Producer Steven Moffat has said of the upcoming Doctor Who Christmas special that “Oh, we’re going for broke with this one. It’s all your favorite Christmas movies at once, in an hour, with monsters. And the Doctor. And a honeymoon. And … oh, you’ll see. I’ve honestly never been so excited about writing anything!”
